STEP

An energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

HIIT

By incorporating intense periods of work with short recovery segments, intervals allow you to keep the workout intensity high while still maintaining form. The magic of high intensity interval training (HIIT) lies its ability to keep you burning fat even after you leave our studio. The biggest way to use it to your advantage is to make short intense exercise bouts a regular piece of your workout regiment.

CRUSH CARDIO

An intense 60 minute dance fitness party set to a new mixed-genre medley of music every time. Ideal for all ages and stages of fitness and dancing ability.

ZUMBA

A feel-happy workout that combines a motivating fusion of latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "fun and easy to do" allowing participants to stick to the program and achieve long term health benefits in both body and mind.

Lesmills BODYPUMP

The original barbell class that strengthen your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight -room exercise like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast.

Lesmills BODYCOMBAT

The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and take your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Lesmills CXWORK

Pack in powerful results with CXWORK, an intensely challenging 30 minute core workout using resistance tubing. This low impact and low cardio workout will tone core muscles and improve functional strength for balance, mobility and injury prevention.

 SPINNING 

Experience the thrill of outdoor cycling inside the club. In our authentic and athletic cycling class, motivating instructors and up-tempo music keep you energized as you sweat through grueling hill climbs, flat terrain, head winds, tail winds  and anaerobic intervals.

 ABT-Abs, Butt & Thighs

Targeting these key areas with intensive exercises designed to work the muscles hard; from developing core stability and the trunk, to working the deep glutes in the buttocks and targeting the thighs.

Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and powerful fitness conditioning, this class will help to develop a strong and toned physique.

MVe PILATES

MVe stands for maximum versatility exercise. The exercise for the MVe Chair focus on core strength, leg strength, the shoulder girdle mobility and strength, and functional movements such as standing, climbing, pushing and lifting. That's why exercising on the MVe Chair is a great form of cross-training for triathletes, bicyclists, skiers, runners, rock climbers, tennis players, golfers, basketball,soccer or football players, and for clients looking to increase power in the upper body for throwing, lifting and racquet sports. It is for both men and women.

YOGA FOR ALL

our classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience. our instructor will help you to take your practice where you'd like to go. we ask you to listen to your body and adjust your practice to fit your needs.

MUAY THAI

It is a form of hard martial art practiced in large parts of the world, including Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries. Muay Thai is referred to as "The Art of the Eight Limbs", as the hands, shins, elbows and knees are all used extensively in this art. A practitioner of Muay Thai ("nak muay") thus has the ability to execute strikes using eight "points of contact," as opposed to "two points" (fists) in western boxing and "four points" (fist, feet) used primarily sport-oriented forms of martial arts.
